Born and raised in Oklahoma, Eric is married to his high school sweetheart, Lesley, and a father to their four children Paisley, Ava, Colton, and Addison. Eric was blessed to work as a Civil Engineer for over 10 years with a focus on Surveying and had always felt it was just a training for bigger and better things. As a young pup, his father took him fishing on a regular basis and that is where his passion and love for the outdoors began. From there it grew to hunting or whatever kept him in the outdoors. As he became a father, his avenue to spend time outside came through gardening with his family. The constant has always been a love for fresh air and the experiences attained by spending time outside.
Eric dreamed of a career outside and left engineering to pursue real estate with a focus on land and ranches. Not long after he started a life as a Land Specialist, he met Drew Ary and the two of them teamed up to found what has now become the #1 Farm, Ranch and Land Real Estate team in Oklahoma: Ary Land Company.
Through his engineering and surveying background, Eric developed skills that have allowed him to apply a level of professionalism and expertise beyond the average real estate agent and it's become his passion in life to help those just like him: people looking to invest in land, whether it's to build a dream home, have a place of their own to hunt, or provide a future for the next generation.
Eric has ranked in the top 1% Realtors across the country for the last two years, has won multiple APEX awards from the Realtor Land Institute, consistently ranks in the Top 500 Tulsa Real Producers, and has successfully developed over 30 rural development projects giving him a track record buyers, sellers, and investors can trust. Eric is excited to bring his skills and passions to serve the place he's always called home, Oklahoma.

Our Story
Small town family pursuing their dreams and helping others do the same.
Eric had always dreamed of having a few acres in the country, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, to raise his kids, grow old with his wife, Lesley, and have something to pass down to his family when his time on Earth came to an end. In 2001, he and Lesley decided to take a leap of faith and make their first land purchase in Oklahoma. While that would be their first, it has not been their last.
Not long after investing in those 12 acres, he met Drew Ary, a local realtor in a land transaction that would change their lives. For Eric and Lesley the transaction meant 40 acres in the prettiest countryside in Coweta, Oklahoma to raise their family. For Eric and Drew, it was the start of a relationship that led them to form what is now Oklahoma's #1 Farm, Ranch, and Land Real Estate team, Ary Land Company.
